Rethinking the catalogue: less is more - our step towards sustainability
As experts in high-quality tea, we not only care about enjoyment, but also about sustainability. That's why we are changing our processes to work even more resource-efficiently. It's time to rethink - for our catalogue too!
We are pleased to inform you that we will no longer be printing 700,000 pages of paper with immediate effect, thereby saving around 5 tonnes of CO2e emissions. That's the equivalent of 9 full-grown trees!
Instead, we are focussing on digital solutions: In future, you will find our new products and important information in our new digital catalogue. The entire range will remain available in our webshop as usual.
But that's not all - we want to actively contribute to climate protection. Together with ‘Aktion Baum’, we have donated 1,000 trees in northern Germany to protect our forests. And in autumn, we'll be doing some work ourselves: Together with our employees, we will be planting trees in the Hamburg area. 🌳
This campaign not only strengthens our team spirit, but also emphasises our desire to actively do something for our environment. And this is just the beginning - more projects and measures will follow.
We are looking forward to this journey together and are excited about the next steps!
