Peach and elderberry freshener
Ingredients
- 4 tsp/250 ml fruit tea Sommerlust
- 120 ml peach liqueur
- 20 ml peach syrup
- 50 ml elderberry juice
- 250 ml apple juice, clear
- 1-2 tsp sugar
- ice cubes
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine, dry (750 ml)
A heavenly, delicious sparkling wine cocktail with our tea novelty "Sommerlust". Juicy peach flavour, fine elderberry notes and sparkling sparkling wine combine to create a refreshing, cold drink.
Preparation
Pour 250ml of boiling water over the Summerlust Fruit Tea and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Place the cooled tea, peach liqueur, elderberry juice, apple juice and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Quickly pour into chilled champagne glasses and top up with sparkling wine.
